"I believe in educating people to think, experiment and take chances. Because Life is supposed to feel good!"
Hi I am Flavia Nazareth
I am a mom, founder of Little Blank Canvas Art Studio and Mindful Art Practices - a mental health support for tweens, teens and families.
As Little Blank Canvas grew over the years, so did my dedication to integrating creative expression with emotional well-being. Through certifications in art therapy, trauma-informed care, neuropsychotherapy, and parent and teen coaching, I created Mindful Art Practices—a safe, supportive space for individuals to express themselves, build emotional resilience, and deepen self-awareness.
With over a decade of experience in art and child development, I’m now expanding Little Blank Canvas through a Certification and Licensing Program—a unique opportunity for others to share the LBC Method in their own communities. This approach blends intentional art-making with a trauma-informed understanding of children's emotional and developmental needs.
Our first Certified and Licensed Art Instructor has already begun this journey, bringing creative healing to new families, transforming her own life, and inspiring others through the power of art.
